This seminar will offer an opportunity to US and Latin American arbitrators, practicing attorneys, corporate counsel, government officials, and academics, to discuss a broad range of issues currently at stake in the practice of investment arbitration.
The program features several sessions and a showcase debate on the key issues that arise in investment arbitration. A number of well‐known experts in the field of investment arbitration will be among the discussants and presenters at this seminar.
This event will be hosted at Florida International University College of Law and is co‐organized by FIU’s Global Legal Studies Initiative and the Instituto Latinoamericano de Arbitraje.
